I volunteer for Mickaboo Companion Bird Rescue, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, all-volunteer organization. All Mickaboo birds are cared for in approved volunteer foster homes, and nearly all donations and adoption fees go directly toward veterinary bills for ill, injured, and neglected birds.
I assist the organization in numerous ways, including fostering birds; my online sales help me to pay for healthy foods, toys, and transportation expenses for these rescued birds. I am also a student, so your purchases help defray my educational expenses as well.
